Whether you are looking for internship opportunities or preparing yourself for that first post-graduation job interview, the interviewing process is stressful. To alleviate some of that stress, you need to take advantage of every resource at your disposal so you can walk in…and out of the interview with confidence.

How do you do that? Well, Molli Megasko  is an assistant account executive at Arment Dietrich, Inc., and she has some great advice on what to do and not do before, during and after your interview. Just like you learned in your introductory PR class, effective public relations is a process, and the first step in that process is research. The same  holds true for the internship or job search.
