Great advice from Copyblogger and something that is talked about in your next Chapter reading assignment.
This is also a timely lesson on plagiarism because as smart as it is to not reinvent the wheel, it’s also not smart to try to pass someone else’s work off as your own. There are never-ending examples of how this inevitably turns out bad. We just discussed this article in the 213 classes yesterday and you can check out the video I posted on Blackboard for another interesting example.
As you prepare for your assignments in 313 as well as continuing your blogging, make sure you learn from these examples. You are story tellers, and learning to tell your clients’ stories is a fundamental part of your chosen career. So, read, read, read…write, write, write, and link, link, link. Give credit where credit is due!
